Project Overview
The project covers the application of a torch-applied membrane waterproofing system over a total roof deck area of 3,300 sqm in a government building. Torch-applied membranes are highly effective in providing a seamless, durable, and weather-resistant waterproofing solution that protects large structures against water ingress.
Challenge
The large, exposed roof deck of the government building was experiencing significant water leakage, causing damage to the interior and disrupting operations. A long-lasting and reliable waterproofing solution was urgently needed.
Solution
We applied a high-performance torch-applied membrane over the entire 3,300 sqm roof deck. This created a seamless, monolithic waterproof barrier capable of withstanding extreme weather conditions and providing long-term protection.
